Curriculum

What You Will Learn

This level moves you from self-healing into practitioner-level work. Everything covered gives you direct experience, not just knowledge.

Attunement and Symbols
You will receive your Level 2 attunement and be introduced to the Reiki symbols — how they work, how to use them, and how they deepen and direct the energy you already know how to access.

Distance Healing
One of the most significant skills at this level. You will learn how to send Reiki beyond physical presence, working with clients, family, or situations that are not in the room with you.

Practitioner Techniques
How to structure a full session for another person. Client setup, grounding and protection practices, managing your own energy, and building sessions that are both effective and professional.

Deepening Energy Awareness
Strengthening your sensitivity, refining your understanding of the chakra system in a hands-on context, and developing the confidence to hold space for others.

Chakras in Practice
Moving beyond theory into applied understanding. You will work with the chakra system as a practical tool for reading and directing energy during sessions.

Guided Practice Rounds
Multiple rounds of giving and receiving throughout the day. You leave with direct experience in your hands, not just knowledge in your head.

Who This Is For

This Training Is Right for You If

You have completed Level 1
With any certified teacher. Your certification is valid regardless of who trained you or how long ago you completed it.
You want to work with others
Whether for family, friends, existing clients, or the start of a dedicated Reiki practice. Level 2 is the practitioner standard across all traditions.
You want to go deeper personally
Many people complete Level 2 to expand their self-practice. The symbols and distance healing alone significantly deepen what you can do.
You feel ready for the next step
You have integrated your Level 1 experience and feel called to move forward. That readiness is enough.
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1 certification required. A minimum of 21 days between Level 1 and Level 2 is recommended for energetic integration. This is standard practice across all Reiki lineages.

Reiki Master and Teacher Trainer

Brinda Dinesh is a Reiki Master and Teacher Trainer, trained in Usui and Karuna Reiki, known for her grounded, no-fluff approach to energy healing.

With a background in finance and the corporate world, she understands exactly what stress, burnout, and disconnection feel like and how to work through them in a practical, embodied way.

Her trainings go beyond technique. You will learn how to feel energy, regulate your nervous system, trust your intuition, and confidently hold space for others. Blending Reiki, yoga, sound healing, and nutrition, her work is rooted in an integrated approach that sees the body, mind, and energy system as deeply interconnected.

Answered Honestly

No. Your Level 1 certification from any qualified Reiki teacher is accepted. If you are unsure whether your certification qualifies, message us on WhatsApp before booking.
There is no expiry on your Level 1. The only requirement is that at least 21 days have passed since your attunement. This is standard across all Reiki lineages and exists to allow proper energetic integration before the next level.
Level 2 is the standard practitioner level across all Reiki traditions. By the end of the day you will have the attunement, the symbols, and direct practice experience needed to begin working with others. What you build from there is up to you.
Yes. Many people complete Level 2 to deepen their personal practice, not to offer sessions professionally. The symbols and distance healing alone significantly expand what you can do for yourself and the people you care about.
Yes. You will receive a Reiki Level 2 certificate upon completion of the training.
This training is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the training date. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a transfer or credit. Payment secures your spot, and with only 8 spots available, we are unable to hold places without confirmed payment.
Wear comfortable clothing. Come with an open mind and, ideally, a light meal beforehand. You will be moving between giving and receiving sessions throughout the day.
Yes. Reiki Level 3 is the Master level. There is no set timeline for when you should progress. Most practitioners spend time working at Level 2 before advancing. When you are ready, the path is there.
Reiki is non-invasive and widely considered safe. It is used in hospital and clinical settings as a complementary therapy. That said, if you have a specific concern, speak with your doctor before attending and feel free to message us directly.
