After Every Contact
Add a dated note line. Update Last Contact. Set next follow-up within 1 to 2 days maximum.

Shift Handover
Filter by your name. Brief incoming person on Warm leads. No lead leaves without a next follow-up date.

Converted
Mark Converted. Select what they bought. Register on Mindbody. Add a note.

Mark Lost
Only after 3 attempts over 7 or more days with no reply. Add a note on why.
